KC Landmark Paper-Piecing Workshop
Learn to paper-piece the iconic Kansas City Landmark or Sewing Notion Series wall hangings of your choice. In class we'll review the basics of foundation paper piecing and begin with the easy blocks, progressing through to some of the more challenging blocks. Jenifer will show you her tips and fool-proof hints for successful paper piecing. By the end of the workshop, you will have the skills to tackle even the trickiest paper-piecing blocks!
Supplies:
Sewing Machine - don't forget your power cord and foot pedal
Pattern of your choice - Sewing Notions Series or KC Landmark Series
Foundation paper
Seam Ripper
Add-a-quarter ruler
Rotary cutter
Paper Scissors
Fabric for your pattern or fabric starter kit for Landmarks
Thread - we recommend a neutral color
Homework:
Copy your pattern onto foundation paper. Pack up all your supplies and prepare for a fun day!
