Firefly Tote by Noodlehead
The Firefly Tote can be made as a tote or project bag size and has a drawstring top that is easy to open and access whatever you have stored inside. We made ours from waxed canvas, which is a dream to sew on and makes the bag waterproof, however, it can be made from any canvas or quilting cotton. With only one short zipper, this tote goes together quickly and is ohh sew cute! Join Patti as she teaches this tote bag class.

Pattern - Firefly Tote by Noodlehead
Fabric and interfacings per pattern requirements
10" zipper - prefer #5 zippers for this installation and durability
1 1/2 yards cotton webbing
1 1/2 yards macrame cording
Thread - polyester recommended if using waxed canvas
Sewing machine in good working order - don't forget that power cord
Cutting mat - 18"x24" recommended
Rotary cutter
Scissors
Seam Ripper
Stiletto
Ruler
Pre-Class Homework:
Gather and pack up all supplies for class.
Cut out all pieces and label per instructions in pattern.
