Blocks finish at 15 1/2" and have no Y-seams! Edges of the block are on the bias, so starching fabric before you start is recommended.

Homework:

Prior to class we recommend starching or using a sizing, like Magic Quilting and Crafting Spray, to stabilize your fabric as the blocks are on the bias and this will help to prevent stretching.
