Sewing Machine
Thread to match your dark background fabric
Rotary cutter
40 - 5" squares (charm pack or individually cut)
1/2 yard dark colored batik (black or purple work great)
1 yard Steam a Seam 
3/4 yard backing fabric
5" square of white (or whatever color you want for the eye)
Low loft batting or fusible fleece - 25" x 45"

Optional:

Embellishments to decorate your wall hanging - glitter nail polish, glitter glue, rhinestones, halloween themed buttons or sequins.
