The Tremont Jacket
Join us and learn to sew this fabulous jacket. The Tremont is a very flattering jacket with a comfortable loose fit, yet it's a great pattern even for confident beginners. In this class you'll learn the following techniques:
- Set in sleeves
- Rolled Cuffs (if desired)
- Mitered corners
Class preparation
Purchase pattern and fabric
Wash, dry (if applicable) and iron fabric before class! This is very important so that your finished garment does not shrink.
Launder and dry the fabric as you will launder the finished garment.
Bring to Class
Pattern, fabric, matching thread, marking pencil
Sewing machine, cutting scissors, pins, rulers, seam ripper, any other favorite notions
Note that there will be 2 sergers available to use as needed.
