Unfortunately, cut fabric cannot be returned. Packaged notions and rulers can be returned in unopened packaging. All returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date. Refund will be in the same form or payment as the purchase or as a store credit.
Please contact if you are unable to attend a class. While our classes are not refundable, if you notify us at least one week in advance we can transfer your registration to a new date or issue a credit that you can utilize on a future class.
Contact us directly to schedule your retreat. We can review our availability and find dates that work with your schedule. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due at the time the reservation is made. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be issued if the retreat is cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled check in date.
Sometimes weather forces the cancellation of class. If we need to cancel due to inclement weather, the class will be rescheduled. If you’re unable to attend on the reschedule date, you can transfer to another person or use the credit towards an upcoming class.
We love supporting our local quilting shows and guilds and invite you to send in a request if you have an upcoming event we can support . All donation requests should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be reviewed in the order they are received. We encourage you to submit as soon as possible as we do have a limited budget for donations and get many more requests than we can fulfill each year.
